Original Artwork
Original paintings are non-returnable and non-refundable once sold.
We carefully inspect every artwork before shipping to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
Custom & Commissioned Artwork
All custom-made or personalized artworks are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are created specifically for you.
Minor changes can be discussed during the creation process before final approval.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Kindly share clear photos of the package and the artwork.
After verification, we will arrange a refund or provide an appropriate solution.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before the artwork has been shipped or production has begun.
Custom artwork orders cannot be cancelled once work has started.
Refunds
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please Note: Due to the handmade nature of our artwork, slight variations in texture and color may occur. These variations make each piece unique and are not considered defects.
