At Soul The Canvas, every artwork is created with great care and attention to detail. Please read our return policy before placing your order.

Original Artwork

• Original paintings are non-returnable and non-refundable once sold.

• We carefully inspect every artwork before shipping to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

Custom & Commissioned Artwork

• All custom-made or personalized artworks are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are created specifically for you.

• Minor changes can be discussed during the creation process before final approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Kindly share clear photos of the package and the artwork.

• After verification, we will arrange a refund or provide an appropriate solution.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before the artwork has been shipped or production has begun.

• Custom artwork orders cannot be cancelled once work has started.

Refunds

• Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please Note: Due to the handmade nature of our artwork, slight variations in texture and color may occur. These variations make each piece unique and are not considered defects.
